Where We Ship
We deliver to all cities, governorates, and towns across Egypt. If you're in Egypt, we get to you.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your package in real time.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control. We'll always keep you updated.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size and are shown clearly at checkout, no surprises.
Inspect Before You Accept
When the courier arrives, you have the right to inspect your package before signing off on delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or wrong items, you can refuse the delivery on the spot.
If you inspect the order and choose to accept it, no return or exchange requests will be accepted afterward. Acceptance at the door is final.
If you did not inspect the order at delivery, you have 24 hours from the time of receipt to request a return or exchange through our website. After this window, no requests will be accepted.
Packaging
Every order is packed carefully to arrive in perfect condition. We treat your order the same way we'd want ours treated.
Important
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Incorrect addresses can cause delays and in some cases returned shipments and redelivery fees may apply.
